My name is Fiona. Olive & Blu has been a side project of mine for a few years now and I am excited to share it with you. Writing and creating this journal has been a large part of my own health and well-being journey.
It started from something I wanted for myself, at the time I wanted a nice book to note down my food and exercise to become aware of the food I was eating and how it impacted my body while also helping myself to stay on track. As time went on my priorities shifted and mindset become just as important as food & exercise. So I began adding in gratitude and noting things that I felt were holding me back. Then one day I thought it may help others so I started creating Empower | Be.
I wanted to create a journal to help people improve their mindset, love their incredible body and their beautiful unique selves while also allowing them to take a step back, reflect and to reconnect with their body again. To encourage people to take those small daily steps to focus on both their mental & physical health so they can not only reach their goals but build confidence & feel in control of their health again.
I believe it is time to start loving ourselves more, take responsibility for our own health, expand our own knowledge and truly embrace the incredible journey of life.
